X Neutralizing tank was draining into the discharge fiume at time of sampling.
e 9.
Analysis of Occurrence:
The neutralizing tak which contains water imputities remaining after regenerating condensate demineralizers and plant makeup water demineral-izers was being drained into the discharge fiume when samples were taken. No other liquid releases were in progress at time of sampling.
Four circulating water pumps were running providing approximately 750,000 gpm dilution flow.
