Dear Sirs:
As a conservationist, I have been uorking closely uith the Arkansas Pouer and I.ight Company in their proposed plans to build the Russellville Nuc1 car Unit.
I have been working uith the Arkansas Pollution Comission and groups interested in natural resource conservation.
Therefore, I would like to have permission to make a very brief statement at your public hearing. However, since I have teaching obligations at this University on the dar of the hearing, I would like to request additionally that I be given a chance to be one of the first speakers in the morning.
