The Arkassas Pesmr and Light Compesy is the holder of Construction Fermit No. CFFE-37, issued by the Atomic Energy Co-insion en December 6,1968.

The construction permit.authorises the licensee to cometruct a pressurized

-water==elmar poser remeter designated as Arb===== Meelear One, Unit 1 (formerly the Esseellvilla Euclear Unit), at the licensee's site in Pope County, Arkansas. The feeility is designed for initial operation at
