Dr IIoward K. Suzuki University of Arkansas Medical Center Little Rock, Arkansas Dear Dr. Suzuki-Reference is made to your letter of October 9, 1960, in which you request an opportunity to rnke a statement in the courso of the Ucaring in the matter of the Arkansas Power and Light Company.
During the Prchcaring Conference the Atomic Safety and Licensing Doard decided to permit you to make a Limited Appearance in accordance with the Comuission's Rules of Practice, 10 CFR, Part 2, Section 2.710 (a).
As you know the IIcaring is sch duled to commence on October 30, 1968.
At an early stage in the IIcaring the time at which oral sta tements may be made will bc discussed.
In accordance with your request, the Board will make overy effort to arrange for your statomont to be made as carly as possible in the prococdings.
