Dear Mr. Price:
This is in response to Mr. Boyd's letter of July 16 transmitting Amendment No. 6, dated July 11, 1968, to the application by Arkansas Power and Li6ht Company for a construction permit for the proposed Russellville Nuclear Unit, Pope County, Arkansas, Docket No. 50-313 Modification of project plans to reverse the direction of cooling water flow through the project would not. alter cJerall effects of the project on firh and wildlife significantly. The recommen-dations contained in our letter of May 29 are still applicable.
