Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit 1 Docket No. 50-313 License No. DPR-51 ECCS Analysis Gentlemen:
Mr. D. L. Ziemann's letter of December 27, 1974, transmitted the Commission's Order for Modification of License for the Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit 1 Plant pertaining to Technical Specifications submitted pursuant to Section 50.46 and Appendix K of 10CFR50.
Paragraph 1 of Section III of that Order requires that we submit a re-evaluation of ECCS cooling performance calculated in accordance with an acceptable evaluation model which conforms with the provisions of 10CFR50.46.
We plan to submit such a re-evaluation by July 9, 1975.
