Dear Mr. Giambusso:
On July 9,1975 we submitted to you proposed Technical Specifications as part of our re-analysis of ECCS performance based on the Final Acceptance Criteria.
Included with those proposed changes were new rod withdrawal limits which are required following control rod inter-i change (planned for October 1975).
We have received information that your review of these changes and the re-analysis will not be complete by control rod interchange.
We, therefore, are supplementing that sub-mittal with the attached proposed Technical Specifications changes based on the Interim Acceptance Criteria.
These specifications will be utili::ed following control rod interchange and until our July 9, 1975 submittal receives your approval.
Due to the need for these new rod limits by October 1,1975, we request that these changes be expeditiously reviewed.
