In reply to your letter of March 10, 1976, we are providing the following infomation:
NRC Position We requested that you (AP6L) provide additional information for Infraction 1.B. (IE Inspection Report No. 50-313/75-15).
Specifically, your response does not indicate that documentation is available as evidence that the pre-operational baseline inservice inspection program was conducted.
APSL Resoonse We, the. Arkansas Power and Light Company, do have documentary evidence that.
a preoperational baseline inservice inspection program was performed on Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit One. His documentary evidence is retained at the Arkansas Nuclear One plant site and is available for your (NRC) review.
hRC Positicn Your--(AP5L) response does not address the need for a change to procedure QCP 1004.03 which would clearly allow inspection to be conducted, on your behalf, by subcontractors or vendors.
