Dear Dr. Morris:
On April 23, 1971, an amendment to the Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit 1 application was sent to you in the form of a Final Safety Analysis Report and an updated Application for Licenses.
The above amendment was inadvertently listed as Amendment No.19 when in fact it should have been Amendment No. 20. All copies of this amendment should be corrected to rectify this error.
It should also be noted that all previous supplements to this application should be considered as amendments and referred to as such.
