Dear Mr. Schwencer:
Enclosed are " Liner Plate Anchorage Test Procedures" and corresponding i
drawing C 199 It is my understanding that engineers representing Bechtel and AEC have reviewed a proposed test procedure (by telephone conversations on November 21,1968). I am informed that the suggestions and coments given to Bechtel have been incorporated into the attached procedures.
Conside* g this background review, and the relatively short time ele-ment 1.0 to complete these liner plate anchorage tests, we are proceed-ing to implement this test. We vould be pleased, at your earliest con-venience, to obtain your concurrence with these documents.
