Nucicar Regulatory Con.nis.sion (the Commission) has isEued Anend:uent No. 4 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-51 issued to Arkansas Power and Light Corrpany which revised Technical Specifications for operation of the Arkansas Muc1 car One -
Unit 1, located in Popo County, Arkansas. 'lhe amenduent is effective as of its date of issuance.
The ar.endment:
(1) incorporates provisions for the operability of the Steam Line Break Instru:acntation and Control System (SL3IC) at a eininum acceptablo nain stca:a pressure and for an actuation setpoint of the SLSIC, (2) replaces the main stenta line instrument channel operation require-nents with the SLBIC control and logic channel operation requirements, and (3) adds surveillance reqt.irerients for the SLBIC and its safety related valves.
