Ermil Grant, the duly elected, qualified and acting County Judge of Pope County, Arkansas, and by virtue of that office, the Chief Executive Officer of Pope County, Arkansas, do hereby acknowledge that Arkansas Power & Light Company has served upon me by mail delivery to me, a copy of its Amendment No. 33 dated December 21, 1972, to its Application to the United States Atomic Energy Commission for license to construct and operate a nuclear generating unit known as Arkansas Nuclear One--Unit 1, in Pope County, Arkansas.
