'On May 11, 1976, during checks preparatory to the integrated Engineered Safeguards -(E.S.) test, Diesel Generator No.1 failed to start upon actuation of E.S. relays. Attached find our report concerning this occurrence in accordance with Technical Specification 6.12.2.3.
