Analysis of Occurronec:
Loss of fluid in a reservoir does not make a suppressor inoperable but air in the suppressor will reduce its effectiveness. There has 4
been.no evidence of abnormal' pipe movement thus no hazard to the health end safety of the public.

Corrective Action:
All reservoir gaskets and "0" rings will be replaced with ethylene propylene material which should correct the problem.
If this proves I
unsatisfactory the reservoir will be replaced with a new type reservoir.

Several leaks have occurred in the past but not to an extent that the sup,ressors were felt to be inoperable.
Suppressors are manufactured by Grine11. -
