APPLICA 70N FOR LICENSE I, Ermil Grant, the duly elected, qualified and acting County Judge of Pope County, Arkansas, and by virtue of that office, the Chief Execu-tive officer of Pope County, Arkansas, do hereby acknowledge that Arkansas Power & Light Company has served upon me by mail delivery to me, a copy of its Amendment No. 40 dated April 6,1973, to its Application to the United States Atomic Energy Commission for license to construct and operate a nuclear generating unit known as Arkansas Nuclear One-Unit 1, in Pope County, Arkansas.
