Mr. D. L. Ziemann's letter,2f October 29, 1974, requested that we submit proposed Technical Specification changes in incorporate an inservice inspection program for steam generator tubes pursuant to the requirements of Regulatory Guide 1.83, June 1974. Attached is a new Specification 4.17 which we propose to add to the Arkansas Nuclear One-Unit 1 Technical Specifico. tion which provides a level of inspection comparable to the requirements of Regulatory Guide 1.83.
