We have reviewed our units under construction as requested by your Regulatory Operations Bulletin No. 73-1, " Faulty Overcurrent Trip Relay

Device in Circuit Breakers for Engineered Safety Systems", forwarded by m,

your letter of February 21, 1973. This letter constitutes our findings relative to this subject.

We have been informed through our Architect-Engineer that Westinghouse Electric Corporation has indicated that failures have not been detected in Westinghouse Circuit Breaker Model DB-25.

Since modification of DB-25 breakers is not necessary, they are not covered in this report.

For Arkansas Nuclear One Units 1 & 2, we have determined that Westing-house Model DB-50 and DB-75 circuit breakers utilizing overcurrent trip time delay features are not installed, and will not be installed, in any safety related systems.
