Based on the results of The NRC inspection conducted August 12-14, 1975, it appears that one of your activities was not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements, as indicated below:

Contrary to Section 5.3 of the Emergency Plan, training sessions were not conducted semi-annually to insure that personnel are familiar with their duties and responsibilities.

This item is a deficiency.
