As requested by your Mr. Kidd, attached is a copy of the report which we received from B&W on August 3,1973, entitled " Evaluation of Enrichment Cross-Over - Arkansas Power & Light".
This report documents the events

which occurred at the B&W Comercial Nuclear Fuel Plard., resulting in a cross-over of a small number of pellets between Sacrmento Municipal Utility District (Rancho Seco, Core 1) and Arkansas Power & Light Company (ANO, Unit 1, Core 1).
