tsuant to Arkansas Suclear One-Unit 1 Technical Specification 6.1243.1, we have attachsd the subject Reportable Occurrence Re-partse. Reports 77-27 and 78-02 were lost during transmittal to my office and are, therefore, overdue.
Steps have been taken to dSsure that my office is made aware of occurrences within a few ddis so that such a.41tuation can be avoided in the future.
