v On August 12, 1974, we reported to Mr. M. S. Kidd, Reactor Inspector, Region II, Directorate of Regulatory Operations, an abnormal occurrence
,intolving a significant design deficiency identified by Babcock 6 Wilcox on Oconce 1 which was applicable to Arkansas Nuclear One-Unit 1.
This deficiency incolved a calibration procedural problem of the reactor coolant flow input to the RPS power / imbalance / flow trip.
5 Our report on this abnormal occurrence is attached as required by our Technical Specifications.
