a On July 12, 1974 we reported an abnormal occurrence to hfr. Norman Etosely, Director, Regulatory Operations, Region II, involving valve leaks in the Clean Liquid Radioactive Waste and 5fakeup and Purification System at Arkansas Nuclear One-Unit 1.

Attached is our report on this occurrence as required by Technical 5 Specification 6.12.3.1.
