Dear Reserend Stratton:
This letter will confirm my telephone conversation with Mrs. Fisher on June 21, 1973 which concerned the rental of Fellowship Hall Y
The Atomic Safety and Lincensing Board requests that Fellowship Hall be reserved on July 17 and 18, 1973 for use in the public hearing of Toledo Edison Company's proposed Davis Ilesse nuclear generating station. The nature of the hearing will be evidentiary, and it will relate to the issuance of an operating permit. The initial session is scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m., and approximately fifty people are expected to attend.
Attached for your assistance is a copy of the proposed seating arrang-ments.
If you could provide some form of public address system it would be appreciated. Please forward all bills to this office, and I will expeditiously process them for payment.
