Tue Davis-3 esse revisions to date have not provided adequate responses to our previous questions.

The responsa to Question 6.2.23 on tha bypass laakage is not sufficient in supporting onissions of cartain lines fro:n the list of those to oe tested as potsatial bypass leak paths.

It should be notad that with the latest 0-2 hour site boundary X/Q value of 0.9 x 10-4 sec/m3 which naa been provided to us ay SAB, and wita a 0.5%/ day ccataf n=nt leak rate described in the 73A2, both the thyroid and whole body doses exceed the guide-lines of 10 Cya Part 100. Witn their Technical Specificatien leak rata of 0.25%/ day, which is a factor of 2 lower than that whien la used in their design basis accicent analysis, the doses appear to neet the guidelines.

We have requested confirmation from the CSE on their analysis of the time to reach a negative pressure in the coarminment annulus and will==1r= another computer run on the LOCA dose as soon as we receive tais information. These questions and positicus on the containment systana were provided by E. Adensam. This review vos coordinated by C. Ferrell of the Accident Analysis Branch.
