STATION The Atomic Energy Commission will hold i

a public hearing to be conducted by an Atomic Safety and Licensing Board to de-l termine whether the construction permit issued to The Toledo Edison Company and the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Com-pany authorizing construction of the pro-posed Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station in Ottawa County, Ohio, should be continued, modified, terminated or appropriately con-ditioned to protect environmental values.

The hearing will be held in the vicinity of the proposed facility at a time and place to be set later. The issues to be considered at the hearing are specified in a FEDERAL '
