Your letters of March 11, 1971, to the President and the Atomic Energy Conslission, concerning the construction of the proposed Davis-Besse
' Nuclear Power Station have been referred to me for reply.
k Thipublic hearing for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station was held at Port Clinton..Dhio, between December 8,1970, and February 12, 1971.
On completion of the public hearing on February 12, 1971, the Atomic
