Thomas J. Hanley and Ms. Elisabeth Segaard, both of Port Clinton, Ohio,are enclosed.
Both of these individuals ex-press concerns regarding the Davis-Besse nuclear installation in the area, approximately ten miles distance from Port Clinton.
