Sundcy Feb. 23, 1975 the announcer was able to scratch fron the structure the eppxy coating with a coin. This coating tras shown to be renovable i n large patches, tidle in another se.gnent of the progran the quality coni, col nan una indicating that such a nethod of trying to renove the coating a vaste of effort, and that it uould take sandblasting uas to renove it.
