At transcript pages 7909 and 7910 of the record in the above-entitled proceedings, City was requested to complete the record with regard to Ex-hibit No. C-146 by supplying for the record a copy of a memorandum from Mr. Hauser to Mr. Greenslade dated January 21, 1974. City does not have a copy of the January 21, 1974 memorandum, and, therefore, City requests CEI to produce the memorandum to complete the record.
