1. Pursuant to Section 2.720 (a) of the Commission's Rules of Practice, 10 C.F.R. S2.720 (a) , Applicants hereby request the Licensing Board to issue the attached two sub-poenas to Messrs. Emery P. Sedlak and Patrick A. Flynn re-quiring their attendance and testimony at evidentiary hearing in the above-captioned matter on July 1, 1976.

2. The testimony of the above individuals is re-'

quired in this proceeding to identify, authenticate and test'.fy as to the validity,and accuracy of a report prepared by the Pennsylvania Economy League, Inc. entitled " Financial and Operating Analysis: Aspinwall Electric System," pre-1 8 0 02 250 jPy

viously identified in this proceeding as Applicants Ex-hibit 120 (DL) .

3. In addition, Mr. Sedlak is in a position to testify as to the participation or involvement, if any ,

of Duquesne Light Company or Pennsylvania Power Company in the policy decisions, assignments and activities of the Pennsylvania Economy League and the extent to which these private utilities may have had any influence on such matters. ,
