Following the Chairman's announcement in yesterday's con-forence call with counsel that the Board had determined to receive into evidence-the deposition testimony of Wayne R. Milburn (Appli-cants' Exhibit 195 (CEI)), together with the letter from Charles E.
COnnon to Chairman Rigler of June 30, 1976 as Attachment A thereto, counsel for the NRC Staff advised that Staff would withdraw its ecrlier objections to the introduction into evidence of Applicants' Exhibit.197 (CEI),'a letter and enclosure from Howley to Milburn d?,ted April 16, 1975 (a copy of which is, attached).
