ERRATA TO BOARD I'EPOR.ANDUE AND ORDER OF JULY 20, 1976 July 22, 1976 On page 3 of its Memorandue and Order of July 20, 1976, the Board inadvertently incerted the wrong block quote.

. In this case, the record is sparse on such questions as what work SSkD did for the city as bond counsel in 1968, 1972 and 1973; how this work is related to the present antitrust proceed-ing; and what work Mr. O'Loughlin or his subor-dinates did for the City; the extent to which Mr. O'Loughlin was responsible for his subordinates' work and whether his or their work was substan-tially related to the present antitrust proceeding; what explanations of existing or potential conflicts of interest were made by SSkD to the City in either 1968 or 1972; what the City's state of knowledge with respect to such conflicts was when it retained SSkD as bond counsel in 1968 and 1972; and what was the scope, nature and extent of the consent (if any) given by the City in each of those years to SSkD's then-existing and potential future conflicting representation of CEI.

We expect that, on the remand to the Special Board which we are now direct-ing, the parties will offer evidence and the Board will make findings with respect to these issues.
