i DISCUSSION The meeting was requested by Toledo Edison Company to 1) clarify two of our FSAE deficiency ca-anta arising from the prelf=fnary review of f

the OL application and 2) clarify procedural matters with respect to resubmitting information and subsequent docketing of the application.

h specific items discussed are listed below:

Probable Mart== ylood Bases. We had e - ted that additional bases were needed for concluding a FMF on the Toussaint River does not constitute a flood threat to the plant. This could be accomplished by j

providing additional hydrologic parameters including the probable l

Application Processina. Toledo Edison Company plans to enhait replies to our FSAR deficiency list during the week of February 19. In connection with this, they raised some questions concerning the procedural aspects of submitting this information such as the need for a formal Wt, the need for additional Oaths of Affirmation and the format of their responses. At tim suggestion of OGC we agreed to review these questions in light of current regulations and inform the applicant of our requirements by telephone.

Meetina Minutes. The applicant was informed that all AEC meeting mientes are now forwarded to the public document room and are available to the general public. It was stated that the responsi-bility for identifying proprietary information presented during the course of any meeting resides with Toledo Edison Campany.
