s We have reviewed your letter of Septen.ber 13, 1989, condeF61ng your company's name chan It indicates that all NUHOMS (Nutech Horizontal Modular Storage Systems) ge.
activities are being performed by a new subsidary within Pacific Nuclear Services, Inc., Pacific Nuclear Fuel Services, Inc.
"It further indicates continued use of the Nutech QA Manual until a revised manual and revised implementing procedures are issued.
Finally, a commitment is made that, in the interim, NUHOMS projects will continue using the same (Nutech) QA program, office f acilities and personnel.
This is acceptable to the staff.
We note, however, that Chapter 11 of the NUHOMS topical reports (NUH-001, Revision 1, and NUH-002) both refer to NUTECH's QA program and QA manual. These references will need to t'e changed.
Your schedule for issuing the revised 0A manual and implementing procedures "within the next threo months" is acceptabic to the staff.
Please provide a schedule for revising Chapter 11 of the NDH0MS topical reports.
