b The changes concern the assignment of Executive Engineer tasks from Kaiser l

Engineers to Biseraft. Northeast,.Inc...the addition of UCB personnel to 1

surveys and disassembly of the core structure, and. supervision of radiation u

L surveys by the UCB Reactor Health Physicist.

The staff concludes that the organization structure described in the L,

decommissioning plan will remain in place and continue to be staffed by i

qualified' personnel. :The proposal involves changes in personnel and increased l

participati,on'and oversight by the UCB' staff.
