Enclosed is an-application for an expc,rt license received recently by the NRC for low-enriched uranium for use as reload fuel for Tsuruga Unit 1 in Japan.
Assurances.from the Government of Japan are required that the material will be subject t.o all of the terms and conditions of an agreement for cooperation.
