J. B. Hopkins The two room coolers shown in Attachment 2 which have air flows below the Design Air Flow were previously identified and justified in Operational Deficiency Reports (ODR).
Engineering evaluated the air flow for room cooler 2-1555-A7-001 in ODR 88-1254 and room cooler 2-1539-A7-002 in ODR 88-898.
These ODR's are available on site for review, i
