This letter addresses the inspection of your facility at Simi Valley, California conducted by Mr. Richard C. Wilson of this office on June 20 22, 1989, and the discussions of his findings with you and your staf f at the conclusion of the L

inspection.

The inspection was conducted as the result of an allegation concerning nuclear safety-related thermocouple system components supplied for use in nuclear power plants. Areas examined during the NRC inspection and our findings are discussed in the enclosed report. This inspection cor.sisted of an examination of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and t

observations by the inspector.

Within the scope of this inspection, we found no instance where you failed to meet NRC requirements.
