Inspection No. 70-371/89-04 This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. M. Austin of.
-this office on August 21-25, 1989, for the purpose of reviewing the licensed i
program at your facility ~. The inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
l Within the scope of this inspection, two violations were identified.
You are 1
required to reply to this matter in accordance with the enclosed Appendix A.
The response directed by this letter and the accompanying Notice is not subject to the clearance procedures of the Office of Management and Budget as t
required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980, PL 96-511.
In' addition, an unresolved item related to a potentially radioactive, unmonitored release pathway was identified.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this E
letter and'the enclosure will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room unless you notify this office within 10 days of the date of this letter, that you intend to request withholding of information under 10 CFR 2.790(b)(1).
