Condition 4 - The meteriot to be emported under this license shall be shipped in occordence with the physicc! protec* ion teovirements for special nucleor materiot in 10 CFR 73.

Condition 8 -- The licensee shall odvise the NRC in the event there is ony ch; ge in the designo-r tion of the compor y who will pockoge the nuclear material to be emported under this license, or any change in the location of the pockoging operation, of least three weeks prior to the scheduled dote of emport.

. Condition 9 - "The material to be exported under this license shall be protected in transit, while within U.S. jurisdiction,ceither in accordance T

with the requirements of 10 CFR Part 73 and the licensee's approved security plan or by the Department of Energy (DOE) Safa Secure Transport (SST) system,in accordance with DOE requirements and directives for the transport of such material."
