l Enclosed is an application for an export license received recently by the NRC for low-enriched urar.ium for use as fuel for Fukushima I, Unit 6 in Japan. Assurances from the Government of Japan are required that the material will be subject to all of the terms and conditions of an agreement for cooperation. Your assistance in obtaining the necessary assurances will be appreciated.
Please note that a portion of the material is of Canadian origin.
