UNC Security Plan Changes submitted June 12, 1989

UNC has reviewed the NRC's comments which were transmitted with the referenced letter.
Please find enclosea several revised plan changes.
The extent, magnitude, and operational and financial impact of the remaining comments must, of necessity, be further-evaluated by UNC.
It is anticipated that many of these NRC suggestions will be incorporated into UNC's Security Plan and more such revised changes I
will be submitted to NRC.
There are, however, some comments which UNC feels require clarification.
UNC's explanation regarding these particular NRC commente will also be forwarded to NRC.
Accordingly, 4
UNC reouests additional time to evaluate NRC's comments.
It is anticipated that remaining plan revisions and UNC explanations will be sent to NRC not later than November 20, 1989.
