REQUEST FOR CHANGE IN THE FUNDAMENTAL NUCLEAR MATERIAL CONTROL PLAN With reference to activities authorized by NRC License SNM-1097 at the GE fuel fabrication plant in Wilmington, North Carolina, GE hereby requests allowances be granted to certain SNM licensing requirements as described in the attachment to this letter.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(d), GE requests that the attachments to this letter be withheld from public disclosure as they contain information which identifies GE procedures for safeguarding licensed SNM, Pursuant to 10 CFR 170.31, a GE check for $150 will be forwarded to the NRC uncor separate cover.
GE personnel would be pleased to discuss this matter further with you and your staff as you may deem necessary.
