,,y mondi of September. ' At 0233 on September 20, power was redumd to

appmximatcly G0t to rejair an elect.ro-hydraulic fluid leak on the low pressurs governor valve.of the 2B steam generator feedwater-pump (SGFP).
- At.'0722 on Septem1er 20, the reactor was nanually tripped following the q
. loss of the 2A SGFP. %e 2A' SGFp turbine tripped due to s low auto-stop -

. oil pressure signal. %is signal was generated when a worker inadvertently :
lxanped the.overspeed trip test valve lever ard the valve opened. %e unit -
returned:to power operation at 2003 on September 26.
