- At.'0722 on Septem1er 20, the reactor was nanually tripped following the q

. loss of the 2A SGFP. %e 2A' SGFp turbine tripped due to s low auto-stop -

. oil pressure signal. %is signal was generated when a worker inadvertently :

lxanped the.overspeed trip test valve lever ard the valve opened. %e unit -

returned:to power operation at 2003 on September 26.
