- The purpose of this modification is to (1) extend the Emergency Diesel Generator Course at no additional cost to the NRC; and (2) terminate the lease of the Hartsville (GE) Enginearing Model and return it to TVA.

Article II, Section 3.1 Scope is revised to read:

Valley-Authority (TVA). Electrical / Mechanical Component Training Courses MTS216, Valve Actuators and MTM225, Emergen9y Diesel Generators. These courses will.be held contingent upon the availability of the Tennessee

Article II, Section 3.1 - Scope, Add new paragraph "Q" to read:
"TTC vill terminate the lease of the Hartsville (GE) Engineering Model and return it to TVA. The model consists of 22 sections (bases or pedestals) consisting of the reactor building, auxiliary building, turbine building-(partial), and fuel building (partial). The estimated average weight of each model section is 100 pounds.
'NRC will be responsible for actual noving costs and any support required from the TVA staff in the disassembiv, packing, and transpor-tation of the model to the appropriate TVA site. Moving costs will be
' paid by government bill of lading.
.The date for return of this equipment will be mutually agreed upon by TVA and TTC personnel."

Article II, Section 3.3 - Class Size and Scheduling is revised to read:
l "Up:to twelve students may attend each course presentation. The Valve Actuators; Course will be conducted from 4:00 p.m. to midnight on three consecutive weekdays and the Emergency Diesel Generators Course will be conducted from 4:00 p.m. to midnight on four consecutive weekdays.
