Beaver Valley 1 and 2 Response to Bulletin 88-10 and 3

Supplement I to the Bulletin (TAC 71260 and 71261)
.By letters dated ' April 2 and June 19, 1939, the licensee responded to
. Bulletin '88-10. As a result of Supplement 1 to the bulletin, the licensee responded by letter dated October 9,1939 and stated that corrections to its-previous responses were not required. The licensee confinned that activities required to address the issue of substandard molded case circuit breakers discussed in the bulletin and its supplement have all been performed.
The staff has not performed a dei. ailed technf cal review of the licensee's responses; however, an inspection may be performed at a later date. If a subsequesnt inspection identifies deficiencies in the licensee's actions ar.d responses, this issue will be reopened, Currently, we consider this actinn complete.
