1 IRT Corporation's present-SNM License 1405 expires April 30, 1980.It was extended last year from 21 March 1979 to the present expiration date in anticipation of IRT moving to new facilities and submitting renewal application prior to the. relocation.

Circumstances, both economic and logistic, have delayed the relocation plans.

The license renewal is due at this time and is in the process of being completed as it applies to our present facilities and operations.

The relocation schedule at this time calls for the facilitt to be completed July, 1981 with relocation of our Torrey Pines operations immediately thereafter and our Convoy Court operations within the follouing month.

With respect to our operations and license category it should be noted that IRT's license category has been established as 1G and 1J in accordance with the possession and use limits but we have always operated in the realm of IJ ( 350 g U-235 in unsealed form).

The reneual application in process specifies these limits and the license (neu or amended) for the new facility will also specify these limits.
