The public was advised by Federal Register notice 45 FR 14724, published March 6,1980, that any request for hearing concerning issuance of an, SNM license to Westinghouse's Alabama Nuclear Fuel Fabrication Plant must be filed with the Comission by April 7,1980.

In the interests of allowing more time for public review of the environmental report, the deadline for filing a request for hearing has been changed to June 14, 1980, as indicated in the enclosed Federal Register notice due for publication April 7,1980.
