Gross electrical generation was 395,401 MWH -or 98.4% of design electrical capacity.

Operating Summary The following is a chronological description of plant operations including other pertinent items of interest for the month:

5/1/80 At the beginning of the reporting period the plant was at 99.8% of rated thermal power.

5/11/80 At 0100 hrs. power was reduced for surveillance testing.

1 5/15/80 At 1140 hrs. the plant changed to the closed cycle. mode of circulating water cooling.

5/16/80 At 1505 hrs. a power reduction was initiated to inves-tigate A0G processing problems.

5/31/80 At the end of the reporting period the plant was at 99.8% of rated thermal power.
