EXECUTIVE BRANCH RESPONSES ON PENDING EXPORT APPLICATIONS XSNM00861, XSNM00865, XSNM01045, XSNM0ll69 and XSNM01185 FOR SPAIN Attached for your advance information are copies of the Executive Branch responses on five pending export license applications for Spain which will require Commission review.
While a Commission Action Paper will be forwarded soon for formal comments, I would appreciate it if your office could initiate its final review cf these cases as soon as possible to facilitate an early response to the forthcoming action paper.
